A sheep farmer from Hedgehope, known for his love of veteran and vintage car restoration. Dearly loved husband of Cecily (Lea). Loved dad of Hamish, Amanda, Tania, and Lyndon, and Grandad of six. Peacefully passed away after a brief unexpected illness on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, in his 84th year. Cherished loving husband of Betty, precious father and father-in-law of Maria, Geordie and Frances. Treasured Pop of Martha, Georgia and Louis, and respected friend of Michael. Family wish to extend our grateful thanks to St John Ambulance Service, Southland Hospital Emergency Department, Otago Southland Rescue Helicopter Trust, Ward 7B at Dunedin Hospital and Hospice Southland for their compassionate care of our dear Tommy.
