Marie died peacefully on Sunday, surrounded by family, who had been constantly at her bedside for the last two weeks. We celebrated her 88th birthday recently. Dearly loved Mum and mother-in-law of Peter and Judith, Roger and Anna, Bev and Darryl, Greg and Arlene. Loved and special Nana-Ree to Isaac, Jed and Erynn, Gabriel and Jesse, Charlotte and Evette, Laché and Kael. Sincere thanks to the kind staff at Green Gables, and also to Dr Debbie Harrison and the team at Toi Toi Medical. Marie was a gift to us all, now at peace in her Father's arms. She will be deeply missed. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at the Aurora Lounge, Nelson Yacht Club, 11.00am on Saturday, August 8. Loved wife of the late Anthony, loved mum of Ian and Jo Ord, Julie Berkett, Lisa and Brent Craddock (Australia). Cherished Grandma of Cameron, the late Mitch, Olivia; Connor, Taylor, Aimee; Liam, and Ashley.
