Super proud dad to his greatest achievements Jack (17), Lillia (16), and Angeline (11). Loved only son to Jon and Dianne (New Plymouth). Loved brother to Fiona, Kylee, and Melanie. A special thank you to Dr Scott McGowan (her pet) and the Urology Team at Palmerston North Hospital, Dr Ricky Tsai and team from Awapuni Medical Centre, and the staff at Olive Tree (Arvida) for all you have done for Win over the years. For those that have been there for Mum during some difficult moments in her life, thank you (you know who you are).
