On Friday, June 12, 2026, peacefully surrounded by loving family; aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Tony and Louise, the late Graham and Shayne, Joanne and Alan, loved Nana of Katie, Andrew, Emily; Daniel, Olivia, and James, Nana-the-Great of baby Batchelor, dearest cousin and friend of Joan Mahon. The family wish to acknowledge the care extended to Margaret by the staff at Lady Wigram Village. In lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Sclerosis would be appreciated and may be made online at fundraise.msnz.org.nz/donate. Messages to the Brown family, c/o PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St Teresa of Lisieux Catholic Church, 8 Puriri Street, Riccarton, on Tuesday, June 23, at 1.30pm.

Passed away peacefully in her home on May 26, 2026; aged 68 years, surrounded by family and her dog Bella. Much loved mother to John, Leia, Brooke, and Jason, and their partners Andrew, Nev and Eve. Sister to Vicki, Julie, Sally, and Melissa, and their partners Warren, David, and John. Grandmother to Lucia, and aunt to her many nieces and nephews.
