BRIGHTWELL, Malcolm. Aged 86, passed away peacefully on 6 August 2026. He will be lovingly remembered for his kindness, wisdom, and the lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him. Malcolm was a cherished grand- father, father, husband, and friend. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. As per his wishes, he was cremated on the 8 August 2026, and a small private family gathering was held in his honour.

WHEELER, Edward Charles. (Eddie) Eddie passed away at Tauranga Hospital on Saturday 1 August 2026, just 2 weeks short of his 90th birthday. Dearly loved husband of Pat for 63 years. Loving Dad of Kim and Geoff; Sue and Alex; Richard and Anna. Very proud grandad of Riley, Ed and Sarah; Leah and Abby; and Ruby and Lucy.
