Loving mother and mother-in-law of Lianne, Steven and Maree, Lisa and Paul, Vanessa and Jack. Loved Granny of Corey, Catherine, Victoria, Holden, Wolfgang, Samuel and Jago. Thanks and love to all the wonderful management and staff at her retirement village for their care and kindness to our dear Mum. Passed away peacefully on August 9, 2026, aged 93 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Clare (nee McCone). Much loved father and father-in-law of Debbie and Chris Waalkens, Nicki Mortimer and partner Julia Mitchell, Sally and Mark Simmonds, and Andrew and Penny Mortimer. Devoted granddad to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A distinguished paediatrician, former Dean of the Dunedin School of Medicine, and dedicated teacher who touched many lives. He will be deeply missed by his family, colleagues, and the medical community. A service to celebrate Graham's life will be held at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa crematorium, St Johns, Auckland, on Wednesday, August 19, at 2.00pm.
