Helen and family thank everyone for your calls, visits, meals, and thoughtful messages sent from near and far. John would have been absolutely chuffed to read your messages. Thanks to Murray for his kind words from the Mataura Golf Club, and to the members who formed a guard of honour for John leaving the church. We certainly enjoyed our time at the club. A big thanks to all for your lovely hugs and smiles, and especially to my close friends at Bupa village for your support over the last few months. A special thank you to Father Sani and our granddaughter Lisa for the lovely service to farewell John, and our sincere thanks to Marie from Aurora for all her support and kindness. We are so grateful to all who have supported us over this time.

John, too dearly loved to ever be forgotten.
