On September 1, 2026, peacefully at Ross Home and Hospital, with family by his side; aged 81 years. Dearly loved Dad and father-in-law of Paul and Ryn, Chris and Mel, Dan and Faith, much loved Pops of Kellie, Emily, Ben, and Ava, best friend of Jo, a loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. A huge thank you to all the staff of Dunrowan Unit at Ross Home for their amazing dedication to the care of Peter. Requiem Mass for Peter will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 89 North Road, North East Valley, Dunedin, at 10.00am on Monday, September 7, the funeral then leaving for Dunedin Cemetery.
