The Hadfield family are very sad to announce that Kathleen Edith Hadfield passed away on August 14, 2026, at Ashwood Park, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife of Bernard, and much-loved Mum of Christine and David Campbell, Adelle and Rob Galloway, Sally and Bruce Puklowski, Judith and Chris Hadfield/West, and Celeste and Steve Compton. Kathleen was a much loved Nanny of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Kathleen's life will be held at Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce St, Blenheim, on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 10.00am.

The service will be live-streamed and can be viewed on the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services website.
