Sadly passed away at Woodlands Retirement Village, Motueka, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, surrounded by family, aged 96 years young. Loved husband of the late Gaye. Loved father and father-in-law of Robyn McLeod (deceased), Jacqueline and Steve Cook.

Beloved Dar of Sean and Stacey, Kane and Kirsty, Brad and Ellyce, and Michael. Cherished great-grandad of Corey, Ashlee, Mila and Cade. The family would like to thank the staff at Woodland Retirement Village for their wonderful care of Jim. A service to celebrate Jim's life will be held at Golden Bay Motueka Funeral Home, 8 Inglis St, Motueka, on Monday, August 3, 2026, commencing at 11.00am.
