Deanna JAMES

Passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, at Te Ara, Coastal View; in her 86th year. Loved wife of the late Brian Thomas for 53 years and more recently the late Brian James for 4 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Maree and Peter, Helen and Paul, Wendy and Andrew, Craig and Megan. Loved grandma of Ben, James, Caitlin, Kate, Georgia, Meghan, Joshua, Bradley and Jadyn and great-grandma to her 4 great-grandchildren. Special step-mum and friend of Vicki and Julie. The family would like to thank all the dedicated staff at Te Ara for their loving care of our Mum over the last 3 years. A service to celebrate Deanna's life will be held at the Hope Garden Of Remembrance Crematorium Chapel, 95 Clover East Road, Hope, on Friday, June 19, at 11.00am.
