On July 10, 2026. Aged 89 years young. Dearly loved and loving husband of Audrey, cherished father to Grant, Karen, Bryce, Carl and Janine and a wonderful grandfather and great-grandfather. The Service for Bernie will be held at St Canices Catholic Church, on Thursday, July 16, at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Orowaiti New Cemetery, Westport. Afterward light refreshments and sharing will be held at Club Buller, entrance via Queen Street. In lieu of flowers, the family would really appreciate donations to Hato Hone St John, donation box available at the church - funds stay local.
