WATTS, Ian Martin: 92, of Clifton, Takaka, died peacefully in the Bay on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Content in his piece of paradise, the Grove Orchard, he lived off the land and made people feel welcome from all over the world. Accepted into the Takaka community for 50 years, he was nearly a local. A big thanks to all who impacted his life. He will be sorely missed by Anne, David and Sue Watts, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service at Rototai Cemetery, Thursday, September 10, at 2.00pm. All welcome.
