Michael WILLIS

WILLIS, Michael Christopher. 18/03/1933 - 30/08/2026 Michael passed away peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his family and friends. Much loved husband of Sally and the late Liz, father of Kate, father-in-law of Phil, and grandfather of Holly. Much loved and respected stepfather of Ben and Faith, Joe and Elia, and Gramps to Nathan, Essie, and Maia. Heartfelt thanks to the caring and compassionate staff of Ward 5, the Parish of St Andrews, Alzheimers Gisborne/ Tairāwhiti, the Lloyd George and Murphy Road community who helped Mike on his walks, to Dr Stuart Hockey and the caring staff at City Medical Centre, and to Terry, who listened so patiently to Mike's submarine stories every week.
