Died peacefully at Essie Summers following a short illness, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, just after his 92nd birthday. Dearly loved husband of Ferrabee, and much loved father of Bill, Mary, and the late David. Cherished Grandad of Artemis. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Christchurch City Mission would be appreciated and may be made online at citymission.org.nz/donate.

The service to celebrate William will be held in St Christopher's Anglican Church, 244 Avonhead Road, Avonhead, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Thursday) September 3, at 1.00pm.
