Died peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, aged 86. Dearly loved husband of Stephanie. Loved father and father-in-law of David and Andrea Murray, and Jacqui and Neil Satherley. Loved grandad of Olivia and Siena. Respected 'Pete' of Luke, Adam and Pip, and Riki and Nani, and their families. Messages for the Murray family can be sent to 58 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023.

A Private Cremation has been held.
