At Princes Court Lifecare, Ashburton on Friday, September 11, 2026. Dearly loved wife of Trevor for 58 years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Toni, Lisa and Brad Zacka, and Chris and Jennifer. Treasured Nan of Nick, Sarah, and Jayden; Tyler, and the late Matthew. A special friend to many.

A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at Our Chapel, Corner East and Cox Streets, Ashburton on Saturday, September 19, commencing at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation.
