Peacefully on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Nurse Maude Hospital, Christchurch. Treasured daughter of Dorothy and Patrick Costigan (both deceased), and loved sister and sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, colleague, and good friend to many. At rest after a long journey. Many thanks to the staff and carers at Nurse Maude Hospital. Also, thanks to Raj Kumar and Caleb Lucas of St George's Cancer Care and the Community Palliative Care Nurses Shannon and Fleur. As she wished, Trish has been privately interred.
