On Friday, July 10, 2026, at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by loving family, aged 25 years. Much loved and adored son of Sam, Keith and Christine, loved brother of Alex and Gemma, Jasmine and Harry, Tyler and Charlotte. Loved grandson and nephew. A special thank you to Cloe for her friendship and special care of Mitch, and the many carers and support people that touched his life. A celebration for Mitchell will be held at Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Monday, July 20, at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
