On June 29, 2026, peacefully, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 91 years. Loving and loved husband of Judith (Judy), loved and respected Dad of Sarah and Karl, Katherine, Peter and Katarina, David and Becs, and the late Timothy, proud Pop of Rassani and Loulou; Alex, Tim, Niamh; Holly, Daisy; Olivia, and Ethan, a loved brother and brother-in-law of Sylvia (dec), Lynda, Anne (dec) and John, Neill and Therese, and a loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the St Mary's Parish Church, 87 Church Street, Mosgiel, at 1.00pm on Thursday, July 2. Messages to the Franklin Family, c/- PO Box 183, Mosgiel 9053.
