On Thursday, September 10, 2026, peacefully at Burlington Village, Christchurch. Aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Graeme Wheatley. Loved and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Jackie and Murray McDonald, Christine and the late Rick McLeod, and Andrew and Tracy Wheatley. Dearest grandmother of Kieran, John and Alex McDonald and Danielle, Madison, and Mitchell. Beloved GG of Gemma and Adam McDonald. Daughter of the late Paddy and Coral Lanini, and sister of Jack, Don, Brian and Peter - all deceased. Our very grateful thanks to the Management and Staff of The Lakehouse Burlington and The Burlington Care Centre.
