On September 5, 2026, passed away peacefully at Summerset at Avonhead Retirement Village, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of John for 67 years, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Alan and Shirley, and Kim, treasured Nana of Lance; Luke, and Kieran and Eleni. Special thanks to the staff at Summerset at Avonhead for the wonderful care given to Margaret and the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made online at stjohn.org.nz.

The funeral service for Margaret will be held at Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Thursday, September 10, at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
