(ONZM) Farmer and former Mayor of Selwyn, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, peacefully at home, 'The Grange', Irwell, aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Gem for 57 years, loving father of Maytinee, Panida, and Sirinton, father-in-law of Magnus, Dtaa to Nellie, Kester, and Fergus, brother of Bruce, and the late Ross, brother-in-law of Margaret-Anne, and Jenny, uncle to all his nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated, and may be made online at stjohn.org.nz.

A service to celebrate Kelvin's life will be held at Oaklands, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Saturday, July 11, at 10:30am, private burial to follow.
