Died peacefully on August 10, 2026, at Burlington Village, Christchurch; aged 79 years. Much loved son of the late Maisie and Joe Spillane. Much loved only brother and brother-in-law of Des and Hazel (Timaru). Loved partner of Jan. Loved father and father-in-law of Charlotte and Mark, and Malinda and Steve (Christchurch). Loved Grandad to Jacob, and Jonty; and Ryan, and Laura. Messages may be addressed to "Jim Spillane Family", C/- PO Box 26051, North Avon, Christchurch 8148. At Jim's request a private farewell has taken place.
