Heather DARLING

With great sadness we announce the unexpected loss of our wee Heather who passed peacefully on September 23, 2026; aged 73. Dearly loved wife of Alexander (Alec) for 52 wonderful years. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Tania and Michael Wilson (Timaru), and Glen (Melbourne). Adored nanny of Sophie and Hollie Todd, and Tayla Wilson. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Barbara and Kevin Englefield (Christchurch), Jim and Liz (Christchurch), and Robert (Sydney). Loved auntie and great-auntie of her nieces and nephews. Youngest daughter of Trevor and Doris Greenall (both dec).

A Memorial Service for Heather will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru on Friday, October 2 at 2.00pm. A livestream of the service is available, please email office@aoraki.kiwi.nz or call 03 6862148.

In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice South Canterbury would be appreciated and can be left at the service.
