On June 26, 2026, passed away in Anjie's arms at Christchurch Hospital, aged 60 years. Adored husband and best friend of Anjie, treasured father of Lauren and Riahn, and father-in-law of Rob, and loved GeeGee to his precious grand-baby Carlo.

Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Greig Bainbridge, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A private interment will take place. A memorial service to celebrate Greig's life will be held at Altiora, (Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre), 25 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Sunday, July 5, at 6.30pm.
