On June 21, 2026, died peacefully at home. Much loved husband of Jill. Dad of Lois, Heather and Andrew. Grandad of Aroha and Blake. Brother of Veda and the late Una and Pam. In accordance with George's wishes, a private cremation has been held and will be followed by a memorial celebration, to be advised.

Your wants in life were simple,

Your love for us was true.

As long as we were happy,

You were happy too.

You gave us all you had to give,
