Doreen KNIGHT

On July 29, 2026, Doreen died peacefully at the Village Palms after a short illness, aged 97 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband Len and cherished daughter Yvonne. Doreen will be fondly remembered by her daughter Jennifer Mote, her grandchildren Paul, Rebekah and Michael Wright, Angela, and Laurence Mote, along with spouses Neville, John, Viv, Jon, Sarah, and Kelly, great-grandchildren Ellesse, Harakeke, Eddie, Pearce, Luke, Olivia, Hamish, George, Annabel, Lucy and the three Canadian boys who recently became part of her family Colin, Kyle, and Kaden, were all special to her. The family are grateful to the staff at Village Palms for the care they gave to Doreen. In accordance with her wishes a private cremation has been held.
