Formerly from Gore, Invercargill, Wellington, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Irvine. Died on July 22, 2026, in Lincoln, aged 79.

Treasured husband of Thu Ha for 51 years, proud father of Tran Quang Vu (Ki) and Tran Quang Dzung (Ti), and devoted grandfather of Nikhil (Niko). Cherished son of the late Rev Philip and Jean Williams. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Peter (dec) and Jan Williams (Invercargill); Pip and Simon Murdoch (Wellington); Chrissie Williams (Christchurch); and Tim Williams (Lincoln). Uncle of Greg and Mark Williams; Claire, David and Thomas Murdoch; Ben (dec) and Rachel Allan; Brigid Sinclair and Emily Spittal-

Williams. Loyal and dedicated brother-in-law and uncle to all of Ha's family. We are grateful for the care provided by George Manning Lifecare over the last nine months, and the support from MS and Parkinsons Canterbury.
