Dave's family, Ady, Tracey, Kyle, Mark, Brent, and Michael wish to thank everyone most sincerely for all the cards, food, flowers, messages of support and visits. These were of great comfort to us. Thank you to all who attended Dave's celebration – What a turn out! A big hug to you all. We wish we could thank everyone individually, but not all return addresses held.
