Passed away in the care of Christchurch ICU, with family by his side on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Loved eldest son of the late Iris and Sid. Dearly loved husband of Daphne for 42 years. Special friend of Robyn and Bailey. Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Peter and Ace, Jennifer and David Barnes, the late Sandra; Denise and Howard, Steve and Julie, and Mickels. Loved son-in-law of the late Ian and Eileen McDonald. A loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.
