With great sadness, we announce the passing of Chris on September 20, 2026; aged 71 years. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of Brian, much loved and cherished Mum of David, and Johnathon. Adored sister, sister-in-law, cousin, aunty and friend to many. Chris passed peacefully having spent her final days surrounded by those she loved the most. Special thanks to the staff who cared for Chris at Wards B5, B6 and Oncology, Christchurch Hospital during this time.

At Chris' request a private celebration of her life has been held and she has been laid to rest at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery next to her beloved parents Bill and Barbara.
