Brian WILSON

The family of the late Brian Wilson wish to acknowledge those who chose to say their farewells at his funeral service. We are grateful for the many cards of sympathy, and the numerous visits to Brian over the months prior to his passing. We were humbled by the many acts of kindness shown by friends and neighbours. We thank the dedicated nurses, doctors and carers on Ward 4, Christchurch Hospital, making Brian's life as comfortable as possible. We thank Jade Hollis Moffatt, Brian's GP and Lynmaree Sopoaga Minister at St Mark's Presbyterian Church. Please accept this acknowledgement as personal to all those whose addresses are not known to us.
