Unexpectedly surrounded by the love of his family and friends, on Monday, September 7, 2026, aged 42 years. Loved and cherished son of Lynley, and Mark Hayston. Best mate, brother and brother-in-law of Jared and Maria. Dearly loved and deeply adored dad of Poppy and Neve. Proud uncle of Ella, Lily, and Luke. Loved and respected nephew of Simon and Guy Hayston, Derek and Adele Jones. Forever loved cousin of Nick and Pallavi, Chelsea and Tyson, Alyce and Connor. Grandson of the late Jean and Peter Jones, and the late Alan, and Sally Hayston. Brett was greatly admired and respected, and will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

A service to celebrate Brett's life will be held at Addington Raceway, 75 Jack Hinton Drive, Addington, on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation.
