Barbara FITZSIMMONS

Passed away peacefully at home, aged 74 years, after a long and courageous battle. Finally at peace. Dearly loved wife of the late Bruce Fitzsimmons (Fitzy). Loved daughter of the late Mickey and Jean Case. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Vanessa and Marten Andrews, Marea and Guy O'Malley, and Michelle and Steve Waters. Adored Nana of Ashley, Natalia, Mackenzie, Jackson, Fane, Hamish, Pieta, Sharn, and Levi, and treasured Great-Nana of Jacob, Kyran, and Harper. Much loved sister, sister-in-law, aunty, and cherished friend to many. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Chris Harrington, the Oncology Team at Christchurch Hospital, Dr Jason Pryke, and Darfield District Nursing, with a special mention to Andrea Marsh, for her exceptional care and support.
