Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at Windsor Care (aged 76 years) with family by his side. Beloved husband of Glennis. Loved father and father-in-law of Kenneth and Jessica, Michael and Clare, and Matthew. Loved Grandad of Annabelle, Charlotte and Samuel. Many thanks to doctors, nurses, and carers that have been part of Alec's care during his many years of challenging health issues.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated. Messages may be addressed to 'The late Alec Pattison's family' C/- PO Box 26051, North Avon, Christchurch 8148. A private family service and burial took place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
