Of Kaiapoi. Passed away peacefully and surrounded by family at Ballarat Care Home in Rangiora. Dearly loved husband of Mignonne (nee Clemence), 61 years married. Loved Dad of Kerry and Tracy, Debra and John Branthwaite, Michelle and Deane Murray and Leslie (Perth). Much loved Gramps of Larissa and Kyle, Charlie, Thomas, Jackson and Kerianne, and Flynn. Great-Grandad of Bianca, Isabella and Cassidy, Kyson, Orlando, Zaquille and Khaleesi. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at Ballarat for their care of Jack in his final week. Special thanks to Jack's friends Alan Gill, John Greengrass, and Jack Taylor. A memorial service for Jack will be held at the Kaiapoi League Clubrooms on Tuesday, September 15, at 2.00pm.
