BENNETT, Peter Owen. Following a brief illness, Peter passed away peacefully at Te Puke Country Lodge on 26th September 2026, aged 94 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Colleen. Loved father and father in law of Suzanne and Mark Jennings, Craig and Marie, Owen and Susan, Scott and Sue, Mary-Anne and Rob Green. Grandad of Serah, Caleb, Hollie, Joshua; Krystle, Daniel, Chantel; Aleisha, Michelle; Zachary, and Jamie. Great Grandad to 16.

A celebration of Peter's life will be held at Elliotts Chapel, 414 Cameron Road Tauranga (parking off 8th Avenue east) on Friday 2nd October at 11.00am.
