BARRON, William Wayne (Wayne). Passed away peacefully on Thursday 13 August 2026 at North Haven Care Home, Red Beach, Whangaparāoa. Much loved father of Trent, Quinn and Tiffany. Grandfather of Amaya, Zac, Lyla and baby Sophia. Much loved brother of Sue and the late half-sister Dawn. Deeply loved and remembered by Carol and Pauline, and the late Anne. Wayne was a happy and welcoming man, always ready for a good yarn and willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by his family and lifelong close friends Les and Bruce. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at North Haven Care Home for the care and support they gave Wayne and our family. We also acknowledge Geneva Healthcare and Maggie, and Hospice for their support. A private family cremation ceremony will take place.

A celebration of Wayne's life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced. Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever our Dad.
