GEAR, Russell John. Passed peacefully on 29 July 2026 at Mercy Hospice, Auckland, aged 82. Dearly loved father of Nic, Jo and Kirst and their husbands, Mark, Jason and Dan. Cherished Grandy of Max, Charlotte, Lucas, Issy, Emma, Lucy and Gracie.

Reunited with his beloved Glen. Rest in love, Rusty x Service at Pyes Pa Memorial Park, 403 Pyes Pa Road, 2pm Saturday 22 August.

Donations welcomed to Mercy Hospice in lieu of flowers.
