Ronald POLLOCK

POLLOCK, Ronald (Ron) Lawrence, and Dorothy (Dot) Annette (née Deeble). Dot passed peacefully with family by her side on 14th September, 2026; aged 88. Ron joined her on 16th September, 2026; aged 89. They had recently celebrated 67 years of marriage, now they are dancing together again arm in arm. Much loved parents of Jennifer and Doug, Lynda and Mal, and Grant. Much loved Nana and Poppa of Kyla, Daniel, Caitlin, Rebecca, Mathew, Emily and Ryan. Great Nana and Poppa of Pippa, Kayden and Tai. Ron and Dot were residents of Waihi Lifecare Rest Home for the last few months of their lives, after a lifetime together in Thames. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Waihi Lifecare for their amazing care, kindness and support.

A celebration of Ron and Dot's lives will be held at The Thames On Kirkwood, 100 Kirkwood Street, Thames on Friday 2nd October at 11am. You are then warmly invited to join the family at the Workingman's Club from 1pm for a beer on Ron.
