BOWDEN, Rodney Phillip. 6 April 1957 - 20 August 2026 Youngest son of Connie and Stan Bowden. Brother to Graham and Merwyn, Doug and Beth, Brian and Michelle (dec), Steve and Angela, Linda (dec), Cheryl (Dec), Fiona, and dear friend of Laurie Bull and Jessie McElroy. Thanks to the staff at Avonlea who cared for Rod in his last years. Gone to where the beers are free and the team always wins. A brief memorial service will be held at 11.00am on Saturday 29th August 2026 at Equippers Church, 18 Marae Street, Taumarunui to mark Rod's passing
