Winstone, Robert Arthur. Sadly passed away on Sunday 2 August 2026, aged 84 years, after a brave struggle with cancer. He was surrounded with love from his family until the day he died, and that love will continue on until we meet again. He was much loved and will be sorely missed by his wife Jean (of 60 years), children Julia, Andrew, and George, Grandchildren Amelia, Estelle, Edward, Rosalie, Robert, Sarah, Bronty, and Ricky, sisters Angela and Penny. Daughter-in-law At and son-in-law James, also Laurie, nieces and nephews. He has been faithfully guided all his life by his love of God. He will be always with us in our hearts.

Rest in peace my darling, you are home at last.

A Funeral service for Robert will be held at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Monday 10 August at 2pm.
