Cavanagh, Paul Thomas KC. Passed away peacefully at Eden Village in his 88th year on Thursday 13 August 2026 with family around him. Dearly loved husband of Christine Cavanagh. Loved by Annette and their children: Trish, John, Barb, Cathy, James, Liz, and Joe. Father-in-law of Bruce, Gem, Declan, Ian, Adriana, Damon, and Kirsten. Grandfather of Maggie Rose and Isaac, Adriel and Natania, Lilly and Harry, Ben and Grace, Chloe and Theo, Zach and George. Great-Grandfather of Fergus, Jonny, and Sienna. Brother of Jan and brother-in-law of John. Uncle of Nigel, and Liz. Godfather of Sarah, Maddy, and Raphael Aitken-Rose.

A service to celebrate Paul's life will be held at Grange Manor, Davis Funerals, 400 Dominion Road, Mount Eden on Friday 21 August 2026 at 1pm.
