TALIJANCICH, Patricia Pauline. Passed away peacefully after a long illness, surrounded by the love of her family. Beloved daughter of the late Petar and Rita, and dearly loved partner of Pam. Much loved sister of Richard, Frances and Yvonne, and sister-in-law of Eileen, Mike and Kevan. A cherished aunt to Jason, Nadine, Yvette, Katy, Anne, Peter, Arna, Matthew and Jared. In accordance with Patricia's wishes, a private cremation will be held.
