WATSON, Murray Baden. The Watson family are sad to announce the passing of Murray Baden Watson on 21st August 2026 at Wairau Hospital, aged 75 years. Dearly loved father of Campbell and Gareth, father-in-law to Amber and Erin, and Grandad to Bailey, Nikita, Mikayla, Xavier, Elexa and Phoenix. Cherished son of the late Skip Watson and Nancy Dwight Watson and last brother of Lenore Donaldson (nee Watson), Peter Watson and the late Brett Watson. A celebration of Murray's life will be held at Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce Street, Blenheim, on Wednesday, 26th August 2026 at 10am, followed by an informal get-together at Dodsons Garden Bar at 2pm on the same day.

The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed via the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services website.
