VERHAEGH, Mathias Theodorus Maria Math). On Saturday 4 July 2026, aged 88 years. Beloved partner of Cecilia for 12 wonderful years and former husband of Vera and the late Gerda. Loved father and father-in-law of Jeffrey and Belinda, Andrew and Sue, Matt and Mel, Rachel and John Waldon, and the late Marjalinda. A treasured Opa and Great-Opa to his 17 grandchildren and their families. A proud Dutchman and devoted family man, Math was well travelled, enjoyed a game of bowls and bridge, and was an avid football player.

A Celebration of Math's life will be held at Cambridge Town Hall, Victoria Street, Cambridge, on Thursday 9 July at 11:00am.
