Laurence HILL

HILL, Laurence (Laurie). Passed away peacefully in Rotorua on the 2nd August 2026, aged 91 years, after a short illness. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Dale. Much loved father and father-in-law of Chris and Emma, Greg and Shelley. Cherished grandfather of Taryn and Geena. A devoted husband, father, athlete, golfer, and exceptional pigeon racer. Laurie lived a full and remarkable life, he will be remembered for his kindness, humour and the many friendships he made over the years, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Laurie's life will be held at The Rotorua Crematorium Chapel, Sala Street, Rotorua, Thursday 6th August 2026, 01.30pm. All communications to Hill family C/- Collingwood Funeral Home, 1358 Eruera Street, Rotorua.
