TAIT, Lady Philippa Helen. Died at home on Tuesday 28th July 2026, aged 95. Beloved wife of the late Admiral Sir Gordon Tait, dearly loved mother of four, grandmother of twelve and great grandmother of nine.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
