KENNEDY, Dr Kenneth Cameron We would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to all who attended the tangihanga of Dr Kenneth Cameron Kennedy. We express our sincere appreciation to everyone who joined us to celebrate his life and farewell him with love. Your presence, compassion and generosity have brought great comfort to our whānau. We also acknowledge the many organisations, committees and community groups, marae and kura kaupapa that Dr Ken poured his heart into. His involvement was genuine advocating for local initiatives and community. His voluntary work, leadership and philanthropy touched many lives. He was known not only for his commitment to community development, but also for upholding tikanga and kawa. Guiding others with wisdom and ensuring that cultural practices were honoured with dignity and respect. To those who worked alongside him, supported his initiatives, campaigns and helped carry forward the values he lived by, we thank you. Your involvement in his tangihanga, your tributes and your shared memories have reminded us, of the profound impact he had across the region and beyond. It was a privilege and an honour to have known him and to witness the impact of his work across so many learning spaces. His legacy of service, aroha and integrity will continue to inspire us all.
